Mobile App Is Not As User-Friendly – I found the app difficult to use. I do all my designs on my desktop.
Customer Service – I have not experienced this yet but I see a lot of complaints about how it takes a while for customer support to respond.
Limited Upload Feature – When you upload your own image, cannot edit individual elements as you can do with built-in images and templates.
