Hi, my name’s Susan and I’m the new owner of My Worthy Penny. I know Charity gathered a wonderful group of people here and thank you to her for getting this My Worthy Penny site and community started,

I have a lot of content planned for 2025, including interviews with people who run businesses, got out of debt, and people who know how to save money the fun way. I’ll also be doing some book reviews, and will post the first one early in January…it’s a new release called Main Street Millionaire by Codie Sanchez…who by the way has a fantastic site called Contrarian Thinking, be sure to check that out and sign up for her newsletter.

And now a little about me. I’m an author, blogger, and writing coach. I also have my own marketing and PR service at Flynn Media. Saving money has been sort of a hobby of mine for what seems like forever. I once write two money saving columns for local newspapers where every week I’d hunt down bargains for readers. I’m also the owner of a site called Budget Smart Girl http://www.budgetsmartgirl.com It turns 15 next year so as you can guess I’ve been writing on the topic of saving and making money for over a decade and the reason I’m excited about my ownership of My Worthy Penny.

And now over to you… what would you like to see here at My Worthy Penny?

Is there anyone you’d like to see interviewed? I can’t promise I’ll get them as a guest but I’ll do my best.

Do you like more money saving versus money making posts?

Is debt reduction on your must do goals for 2025?

And would you even like to see a My Worthy Penny podcast or audio posts on the site?

This is your site too so I’d love to have you help me shape it to be the place to go for all things money making and saving.

Leave a comment or even e-mail me at myworthypenny@protonmail.com.

And be sure to follow My Worthy Penny on social media, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.

That’s about it for my first post as the new owner.

I’d like to wish you all a joyous holiday season. Here’s to making and saving money and, getting out of debt in 2025. May all your dreams come true!
